The Vanguard Scholarship Program provides merit-based scholarships of up to $10,000 to minority students entering their senior year of college during the 2010-2011 school year. Applicants must be pursuing studies in business, finance, economics, accounting, information technology, or liberal arts.
Demonstrating a commitment to diversity and to the workforce of tomorrow, Vanguard established a merit-based scholarship program in 2004 to assist ethnic minority students. The Vanguard Scholarship Program provides scholarships of up to $10,000 to minority students entering their senior year of college. Applicants must be pursuing studies in business, finance, economics, accounting, information technology, or liberal arts. The program offers a terrific opportunity to reduce financial barriers for minority students with high academic and leadership promise.
Since introducing this program, Vanguard has awarded more than $250,000 to deserving college students.
